A variety of exercises using weights, which target different muscles, are often required for bodybuilding and weight training. The barbell is a basic piece of equipment used in this regard.

A curl bar is a variation of the barbell that reduces forearm strain and provides a more comfortable grip when working to build up the biceps.

However, a curl bar is limited and doesn't provide the maximum results possible. To build up the biceps, one would normally have to use a series of machines to get a complete arm workout.

The Swivel Curl Bar^TM

The Swivel Curl Bar^TM is a multipurpose curl bar that enables users to work the biceps, forearms, back, triceps, and other body parts, with just one tool.

With the unique feature of enabling users to turn their wrists while exercising, The Swivel Curl Bar^TMallows different parts of the arm muscles to be worked out.

The user's wrists rotate naturally while performing bicep curls and many other exercises, such as military press and bent over rows. A locking pin allows the user to lock the handles into position for the e-z curl grip or hammer curl grip.

To use The Swivel Curl Bar^TM, one attaches one or more weight plates to each end of the bar, grasps the handgrips and begin performing bicep curls. The bar is equipped with two stops to prevent the weight plates from sliding to the center of the bar, and two rounded sections, each measuring seven and a half inches in diameter. After use, the weight plates are removed from The Swivel Curl Bar^TM and it can be easily stored.

This product saves time during workout routines by reducing the number of machines one uses during a workout.

In addition, allowing the wrists to naturally rotate, greatly reduces the potential for wrist injuries.
