In both football and soccer, learning how to handle the ball once it's been kicked is a crucial part of the game. In field training for these sports, one of the players often has to kick the ball for the other players to practice their strategy, defensive or offensive moves.

But kicking the ball by a player takes skill to perform the same kick consistently, so often the training may require many tries to achieve the desired results. This practice can often cause hamstring injuries to the player that's kicking the ball. The invention provides a training aid having a spring-powered swing a kicking shoe and ball holder. It is the object of this invention to project a football or soccer ball to a desired height and trajectory that allows players to react and defend against the kicked ball.
