New chains and sprockets wear out prematurely because proper lubrication was not applied to the chain in time. The drag on an o-ring and non o-ring chain is greatly reduced if oiled regularly. The Gelbco Chain Oiler is a lightweight, automated chain lubricating system designed for motorcycles, bicycles, and quads - but applicable to all closed loop chain drives used in the food, transportation and construction industries. It is no longer necessary to stop to lubricate your chain. The Gelbco Chain Oiler lets you lubricate your chain as you ride. This chain oiler lets you oil your chain when it needs it the most, like miles from your truck and oil can, when your chain is dry and starving for help. This device can be used anytime, anywhere, on dirt or on street bikes. The system consists of a pressurized gas CO-2 cartridge and a reservoir for holding any lubricant you like, or even grease. The CO-2 cartridge and reservoir can be mounted in the air box or under the tank. The reservoir can be made to any size to fit any make or model bike. You have an on/off valve mounted on the bars so it's very easy to get to when you need it, and it's small so it's out of the way. The applicator depends on where and what you ride. With one version you use a roller that replaces your existing roller. The other version is a sprayer nozzle, that applies oil to the chain, the optional extended air line lets you use the on/off valve to inflate a fixed flat tire too. This system is light and small, you don't even know it's on your bike. All you see is an on/off valve on your bars smaller than a kill switch. Target market: 1. Owners of motorcycles, bicycles, and quads. Licensees and manufacturers to license.
